Resin Polyester  TRANSPARENT “EFFECT GLASS” – KS 55 liquid – GENERAL – LT.1

KS 55 is a transparent fluid mastic “Crystal Transparency”. The glass effect mastic is useful for plastering materials such as travertine to highlight the depth of the holes or to glue, to make Onyx. Comes with liquid catalyst.

PREPARATION

The best results are obtained by mixing the mastic with 2-3% of the appropriate liquid catalyst (MEK peroxide). The catalysis rate is influenced by the temperature and the amount of catalyst. The surfaces to be treated must be clean, free from fatty and dry substances; porosity and roughness of the surfaces favor a better adhesion of the mastic. We recommend sanding, smoothing, etc… of the hardened mastic, the day after application.
